We work with big and small brands, advertising agencies, production companies, media vendors, market researchers, public relations firms, photographers, influencers and other talent. Our clients span a wide variety of industries, from tech, ad tech, consumer goods and services, b2b products, entertainment and gaming.

What types of matters do you handle?

We handle nearly every type of matter in the advertising and media space. We draft and negotiate agency-client agreements, production deals, talent/influencer agreements, sponsorships, prize/sweepstakes/contest arrangements, media buys, appearance releases, music and art licenses, photographer/illustrator contracts, co-promotion deals, NDAs, etc. We also review advertising campaigns to minimize liability by reviewing for a variety of risks, including intellectual property issues, Federal Trade Commission compliance, competitor claims and substantiation support.
